About the role

For our Partner Samsung Semiconductor Europe GmbH we are looking for an Sales Operations Specialist (m/f/d) to act on their new site in Munich.

Job duties

  • You are responsible for the care and smooth flow of customer orders in cooperation with internal and external interfaces
  • You provide internal and external direct support for a defined customer base by managing samples, recalls and returns
  • You are responsible for an accurate invoicing process according to company guidelines and KPI targets
  • You are in charge to monitor the account status in conjunction with Credit Control to avoid overdue invoices and maximize company KPI achievement

We are looking for

  • 2 years experience within a Customer Service/Supply Chain environment of a multinational company
  • Experience with CRM System SAP RA3 (Customer-Relationship-Management-System)
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills with high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Very good English (C1)
  • Highly customer- and team-oriented approach/mindset and strong communication skills
