Über die Position

We have successfully worked with our partner Hilti Entwicklungsgesellschaft several times in the past. Since the company is constantly improving its software solutions and platforms, our partner is now looking for a Development Engineer Component Testing (m/f/d) in Kaufering.

Here you are employed as an external employee (m/f/d) at Academic Work and work for our customer on site. The collaboration is initially limited to 18 months.

Aufgaben

As a Development Engineer Component Testing (m/f/d), you will be responsible for planning, carrying out and supporting operating vibration measurements on power tools and test benches, including the development of measurement concepts. Your tasks are:

  • Collaboration in the development of test benches for vibration analysis
  • Experimental modal analysis with pre-test and correlation to FE models
  • Experimental parameter extraction on subcomponents for simulation
  • Documentation and representation of results to project teams and departments
  • Mechanical setup of measurement setups and tests

Wir suchen

  • Completed studies in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering or comparable (electrical specialist)
  • Affinity for practical work in the shaker lab
  • Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills, analytical thinking and acting
  • high degree of independence and personal responsibility
  • good knowledge of English (B2)
