About the role

We have successfully worked with our partner Hilti Entwicklungsgesellschaft several times in the past. Since the company is constantly improving its software solutions and platforms, our partner is now looking for an Administrator Data Processing (m/f/d) in Kaufering.

Here you are employed as an external employee (m/f/d) at Academic Work and work for our customer on site. The collaboration is initially limited to 18 months.

Job duties

As Administrator Data Processing (m/f/d) you play an important role in the team who is responsible for fire protection products. Your tasks are:

  • Independently analyze test reports and test documents of fire protection products
  • Digitally record the relevant information
  • Support in checking the database for test results for consistency and plausibility
  • Planing test data for new tests and prepare data for approvals.

We are looking for

  • Technical understanding of topics in the construction industry
  • Vocational training in industry or trade (e.g. industrial electrician, industrial mechanic, heating engineer, plumber), alternatively also technician or bachelor in this area
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel (basic functions: formulas, filtering, formatting)
  • Analytical skills as well as reliable and very careful way of working
  • Very good knowledge of English and good knowledge in German is an advantage
